The Kennel Kit is without question the most cost effective, easiest to do, longest lasting method to keep your floors and runs in top condition. You will NEVER run into costly maintenance problems resulting from using surface coatings or paint that go hand in hand with the common ways of protecting kennel floors. The Kennel Kit is extremely easy to apply, so you will save time and money by doing it yourself.

The Kennel Kit has two parts: Concrete Remedy Deep Seal and Concrete Remedy Top Seal. Use both for maximum low maintenance and most cost beneficial kennel floors and runs.

Neither seal changes the texture, traction, or appearance of concrete. You won’t see any difference after application!

Deep Seal stabilizes the concrete, densifies it, and prevents the reaction of moisture and alkali within the concrete. Top Seal is a penetrating sealant that doesn’t make your floor slick and is guaranteed to NEVER peel. Top Seal will not make the concrete, or any substrate, slicker than before, making it safer than surface coatings or paint.

If you want to change the color of your concrete with a paint, epoxy, or any surface sealer or floor covering, than use the Concrete Remedy Deep Seal alone. Do NOT apply Top Seal to a floor that you later intend to paint or coat, as surface coatings will not stick to Top Seal.

It extends the life of your cosmetic floor coating or covering by eliminating the main cause of peeling or delaminating floor coverings and coatings, which is the reaction of moisture and alkali within the concrete.

Buyers and users are encouraged to conduct their own tests prior to application. Samples can be ordered for testing. The cost of the samples will be deducted from orders for material, so that the testing ends up costing nothing. Better to make sure than to guess about results.
